We will offer our customers a full refund if you are not completely satisfied with your product within the first 30 days. The item should be sent back to us in the condition it was sent to you for a full refund to be granted. However, if you are having trouble using your product please contact us and we will do our best to help.
If you would like to return your item, or just have a question, please contact us and will be get back to you within 24 hours with the address to send your return item. We sell our products as pure chemicals and as such we do not provide instructions as standard, unless you contact us for advice.
Refunds:- once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the item, We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If the return is approved we will initiate the refund request, and it can take a certain amount of days to receive the refund according to your payment method.
Shipping:- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
